i just wanted to let you know that the your buffet yesterday resulted in a lot of positive feedback from those present. I think they felt we had ‘pushed the boat out’ a bit, which was of course the intention so could you pass on our thanks to those who prepared it. The salmon and hollandaise was particularly nice and the prawns and ginger. The cake was also exactly what was required
